| The B83 - 83T is one of largest rear mounted mowers available in the UK. With a massive reach of 8.30m (27'3") to either side of the tractor the B83 - 83T is a truly versatile machine. Standard equipment is the piston drive power system developing 72hp at the flail head which has a top mounted cast iron motor for durability and a triple polyester corded notched V belt drive. The flail head was specifically designed with high output grass mowing in mind and is equipped with fully adjustable front hood, full length rear rubber guard and 150mmm (6") roller. The 83-83's telescopic arm has external wear pads for ease of adjustment and replacement. The telescopic action of 1250mm is achieved by sliding the outer arm over the inner which facilitates the inner mounting of the telescopic ram. Dual pressure Hydracushion arm float ensures maximum floatation in any cutting position. Complementing this, electrically operated head float is also fitted thus allowing arm and head floatation for grass mowing. To enable the cutting head to be rotated a hydraulic 180 degree slew is fitted which is operated from the comfort of the drivers seat. The breakout and power slew are incorporated into the same system giving breakout of 90¡ on either side or the tractor plus slew for cutting left or right and safe road transportation.
