| The Hawk 6 is the largest machine in the new Hawk Series and has an impressive 6m reach. Straight arm geometry is standard although as with the smaller members of the Hawk Series mechanical parallel arm is an optional extra. The Hawk 6 is normall three point linkage mounted, but for maximum stability, optional axle brackets are available. Low friction cable controls are standard but, for the ultimate in performance and operator comfort, a choice of either EPP II proportional control or DCU fully porportional control can be fitted. The independent hydraulic system is fed b a 170 litre tank and provides power to the 52hp drive line which utilises a cast iron gearbox, hydraulic safety breakaway and head float are standard. The Hawk Series comes iftted with our all new ProTrim 1.2m flail head which features a double helix rotor shaft and offers multi-flail capability. When fotted with 60mm flails this new rotor produces up to an 80% overlap which ensures smoother running and a much cleaner finish. |
