HARDI introduces the NAVIGATOR - the third new trailer line to be launched in HARDI's global trailer concept. The NAVIGATOR fits in naturally to compliment the popular COMMANDER series. Design focus has been on quality, ease of use, safety and value for money.

The newly designed NAVIGATOR offers higher durability and more features than other sprayers in this class. The sprayer has been designed for the most demanding conditions in the world.

The NAVIGATOR can be equipped with many features that meet the expectations of the modern farmer. Features like IntelliTrack, adjustable axles,Turbo Filler chemical filler, axle suspension & advanced boom suspension, high-capacity filter systems - EasyClean suction filter and the CycloneFilter on the pressure side, two alternative sprayer computers - the HC 5500 & HC 2500 - to name just some.

The new TurboFiller chemical filler is a high-capacity induction hopper, which makes the filling of chemicals fast, easy and safely. The filling capacity will set a new standard in the market.

Excellent clearance and stability.
The NAVIGATOR has a unique design with a long drawbar still keeping a short overall length of the machine, which ensures good driving stability and absorbs up and down forces at high-speed driving. The drawbar can either be fixed as a low- or a high-hitch version, and can be fitted with or without a steering drawbar.

The comprehensive boom range comprises of a range of boom types, including the tried & tested DELTA Y/Z from 18 to 28 metre and PRO from 12 to 18 metre.

High expectations to the NAVIGATOR line have led to Large investments in robot welding and assembly facilities in the production in Denmark. The HARDI range of trailed sprayers is based on functional design, ease of operation, proven reliability - all available with the popular COMMANDER and now the NAVIGATOR series.

Spring-loaded break-away on the outer boom section. Mechanical trapaze lock. Hydraulic outlets required: 1 single acting outlet for boom height adjustment and 1 double acting outlet for boom folding. Optional: Hydraulic boom slanting - requires an extra double acting outlet.

Optionals: Hydraulic boom slanting - requires an extra double acting outlet.
Standard Equipment: Pump model 363. EVC Control Unit (4 section) pressure agitation. Hardimatic. Pressure equalisation device and Smart valve manifold system. Chemical filler , self filler, Self-cleaning filter. ISO Colour tip triplet nozzles, 500 litre rinse tank. Clean water tank. Rear light kit. Tank flushing nozzle, free wheeling hub and fixed drawbar.
