Top-of-the-range Strautmann Giga-Vitesse forage loader wagons now available with fully compatible ISOBUS controls
The Strautmann ISO Operation System has been developed to increase operator efficiency by helping the driver to speed up operational sequences. The system enables repetitive work cycles – such as forage harvesting with a high efficiency Giga-Vitesse forage wagon - to be programmed into the ISO terminal. Drivers can
then save time by substantially reducing the
field to clamp work cycle by stage-selecting each sequence and then monitoring progress on the control console screen.
In the field
Pick-up raise/lower, cutting knife bank engage/disengage and automatic loading device monitoring – speeds-up and simplifies the headland turning sequence.
On the road
Locking/un-locking the steering axles and activating hydraulic drawbar suspension provides a safer, smoother high speed ride.
At the pit
Hydraulic drawbar angle change – enables unloading well up the pit face. Tailgate operation, switching drives and clutches and controlling the Moving floor operations can all be sequence programmed for a faster turnaround.
Compatibility with other systems
Strautmann work closely with the key tractor factories and independent electronics manufacturers to provide fully compatible ISOBUS systems to suit most high performance tractors.
