IAM is happy to announce that we will be out in force at this year’s FTMTA Farm Machinery Show with a host of new products, in addition to a strong line.
Strautmann
New TS 140 from Strautmann will be on display.
Strautmann announced the expansion of flatbed manure spreaders at Agritechnica, with the new TS 140. The smaller flatbed spreader enables farmers to benefit from precise spreading application within a compact design.
The TS series has a particularly robust design, due to the tapered side panels with fully welded side posts and is fitted with 16 mm thick round steel chains with a breaking load of 28 tons. The TS 140 has a maximum loading capacity of 14m3 and is fitted with BPW axle with a cross section of 120x120mm and 410 x 120 mm. Tyres of up to size 710/70 R 42 can be mounted to keep the ground pressure and the rolling resistance to a minimum
The heart of the TS range is the new wide-angle spreading unit with two beaters arranged horizontally in combination with two spreading discs. With a diameter of 620mm, a 12mm thick milling tines and 920mm large spreading discs the spreading unit ensures reliably distribute of spreading material over 24m’s width. All wearing parts of the spreading unit are made of Hardox and are reversable to increase service life and reduce maintenance costs.
Other machines from Strautmann stable that will be on display will be the Verti-Mix1401 & Verti-Mix 2401 Diet Feeders and the Giga Vitesse 4001 Silage Wagon.

- Hawk 7.0P T Power Plus
The latest model release of the Hawk hedgecutter is the Hawk 7.0. The Hawk 7.0 has taken the popular reach arm mower to the next level. This model is packed with features that are demanded by today’s ever advancing customers and is available as 3-point linkage with our new 4-point linkage stabiliser bracket. This bracket connects the tractor hitch to the chassis of the machine, adding important additional torsional stability, and can also be retrofitted on older reach arm mowers.
With increased power, Power Plus boosts the previous HP rating of the machine from the standard 65hp to 72hp giving the edge over its competitors in this popular model range.
The advanced ICS controls have been upgraded to the new ICS4, which now features as the standard control choice on the Power Plus model, and includes a fully proportional control joystick, programmable hydraulic ram cylinder speeds plus driver aid functions like grease and oil change reminders which are all fed back to the operator via a large colour LCD screen display. Another standard feature with the ICS controls is an oil cooler, which helps to regulate to oil temperature.
Further useful features such as electronic rotor reverse and electronic head and arm float are also now included on this Hawk Power Plus model as standard.
2. New 4-point linkage stabiliser
The new 4-point linkage stabiliser – bracket connects the tractor hitch to the chassis of the machine, adding important additional torsional stability, and can also be retrofitted on older reach arm mowers.

NEW HARDI MEGA
Hardi continue to push the boundaries with sprayer technology and the lunch of the new Mega in Ireland is no exception. The new Mega offers unparalleled spec on a mounted sprayer with the advantage of fast manoeuvrability and easier driving on hill sides and smaller fields.
The MEGA is available with 1200, 1500 1800 and 2200 litre tank size. Boom width 21m to 28m with different hydraulic features.
The new Mega will be fitted with HARDI’s SmartCom – fully ISOBUS electronics and offer users a full ISOBUS experience, meaning easy connection to ISOBUS compatible tractors. The faster processor will also offer a more accurate and responsive liquid regulation systems. The award winning DF4 regulation system will now be standard on the MEGA.
We will also have NK’s Masters and a Navigator 4000 on display.
