Retractable crossover conveyor on Strautmann’s Super-Vitesse CFS

Strautmann’s Super-Vitesse CFS series will now be equipped with a revised crossover conveyor when ordered on the tailgate. The new conveyor will no longer have to be detached from the machine when not in use. The revised design can be comfortably pushed underneath the rear of the vehicle  when not in use and operation requires just one person.

In order to refit this in the working position, the crossover conveyor is pulled out and the bottom part of the tailgate is opened and attached to the conveyor with a quick fastener. This system is already in use on the Zelon CFS range and enables quick changeover from fresh grass feeding to silage harvesting.
