The NAVIGATOR is available with two filling devices, PumpFiller or FastFiller
Both systems use a heavy-duty aluminium coupling.
1. PumpFiller – Uses suction capacity of the pump for filling.
2. FastFiller –Capable of filling up to 500 l/min.100 % self-priming.
The HARDI TurboFiller is able to handle large quantities of powders and liquids. Its high capacity is achieved through a combination of high vacuum and liquid rotation inside the hopper. TurboFiller uses high pressure rotating liquid to completely mix the powder and liquid chemicals before they are sucked into the sprayer. High mixing capacity. Very high vacuum and suction capacity.

All primary functions needed for filling or cleaning the sprayer are built into two handles located in the center of the working zone. The logically placed handles with easy-to-read icons make the system very intuitively to operate and greatly reduce the start-up and operation time of the sprayer.
The unique design of axle and frame ensures excellent crop clearance, reducing crop damage to the absolute minimum.
No brake rods or steering components are lower than the axle.
The NAVIGATOR has the lowest possible center of gravity without compromising clearance under the sprayer. Excellent crop clearance, 70-80 cm. Low center of gravity.
The chassis and all other steel components have been pre-treated with zinc phosphate before the application of a high-quality coating of powder paint.

IntelliTrack is a high end steering drawbar concept which combines the advantages of an excellent designed chassis with the use of advanced electronics. In the tracked version the drawbar is divided in two – a rear part fixed on the frame and a moveable front part. This concept ensures the best possible geometry for stability and the hydraulic system. Dynamic Electronic Control is an integrated safety feature which doesn’t allow the cylinders to steer the drawbar when the driving speed is too high for the given track width. Easy connection to Tractor. Automatic drawbar transport lock. 6.0 metre turning radius.
All Tanks are made from UV protected polyethylene. They have a very flat surface and no inside walls.
DynamicFluid4 is developed in terms of a faster regulation with highest possible accuracy.The new liquid system works with a fast “feed forward” regulation valve to deal with all the challenges forced by tractor transmissions with stepless speed changes and the automatic ON/OFF functionality of modern sprayers. The regulation valve is programmed to scope with different driving behaviours. The regulation concept is designed with 4 different sensors. Together with the high precision, the 4 sensors are working as backup for each other. This results in high level of security and built-in reliability.
The HARDI CycloneFilter is a unique self-cleaning pressure filter. The cyclone created inside the filter increases the speed of the liquid against the filter screen, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the self-cleaning action.
EasyClean Filter is a high capacity suction filter with a very large filter surface.
The external SafeSpray gauge monitors the the filter ensuring the filter is only cleaned when needed. When opening the lid, the main valve is automatically turned off. Dirt traps inside the filter ensure impurities are removed from the system.
BoomPrime is a low-pressure circulation system for booms. The spray liquid can circulate to the nozzles before the actual spraying starts. It prevents sedimentation and permits flushing of the boom lines without spraying onto the ground.
Every section has an even pressure valve, ensuring that the pressure in the sections is never higher than 0.7 bar, so that the non-drip valves will not open.
No untreated areas at spray start.
No pesticide sedimentation in the spray lines.

The HARDI NAVIGATOR can be equipped with a DilutionKit, allowing the operator to flush the liquid system from the driver’s seat. The operator can flush only the boom or rinse the tank with the flush nozzles. The need of rinse water is reduced due to the optimized liquid system. All return lines and agitation will be flushed when spraying out the diluted liquid from the main tank.
AutoSectionControl is a fully automatic GPS based system that opens and closes booms sections as necessary. ASC automatically records the area sprayed and in a typical situation where the headland is sprayed first, ASC automatically closes the sections if the operator passes over a sprayed area.
Product savings up to 5 % or more are documented.
Operator fatigue is greatly reduced, especially in odd shaped fields.
Precision shut-off can be individually set up.
DELTA FORCE is designed to be a large boom. The selection of features and the layout of the boom structure are targeted to perform at high driving speed and high performance at boom widths of 24-39 m. The result is a boom with many simple and strong solutions which together give a high-performing and reliable boom with a simple setup, low maintenance and a great design. A very advanced, but yet simple centre part controls the movements of the DELTA FORCE boom. The five pendulum settings allow to adjust the boom performance, either to a pendulum, which follows the sprayer movements, or to follow the level of the terrain.
HARDI DELTA FORCE is available in:

The 18-30m EAGLE boom is designed for heavy-duty use under the most demanding conditions and minimum service.The EAGLE boom is suspended on two large coil springs with shock absorbers. The horizontal movements are controlled by a heavy-duty trapeze system that allows spraying and turning at very high working speeds. 2-dimensional boom offering unequalled performance in rough conditions and fast spraying speeds. Adjustable nozzle holders. Self-stabilizing trapeze suspension.
The 18-24 m DELTA boom is a compact, high-performing boom. The boom has highly advanced suspension features, which in combination with the three-dimensional boom design ensures accurate application. The centre section with coil spring pendulum and telescopic dampers absorbs the movements caused by the tractor and the trailer. The hydraulically activated pendulum lock stabilizes the boom whilst folding or unfolding. An anti-yaw system dampens the forward and backward horizontal movements as well as any horizontal shock load.
HARDI AutoHeight system will control automatically the height, tilt and slant functions of the boom. This gives the driver a much easier control of the boom and the result will be a better spray application.
The AutoTerrain works and reacts on both boom movements and twisting forces on the boom. This allows the system to be proactive and react on the cause more than on the symptom. AutoTerrain works with 5 ultrasonic sensors and three gyro sensors. Ultrasonic sensors are located at a given distance on the boom and measure the height of the crops multiple times per second. The gyro sensors measure the boom, center part and the chassis angle. The information from the sensors is analyzed and processed in the AutoTerrain software – and the necessary corrections on the boom slant and tilt cylinders are quickly made, before the boom is getting out of balance or getting away from the measured crop height. AutoTerrain maintains the set boom height following the ground like a magnet regardless of the terrain it travels across. This solution is gaining a lot of acceptance in broad-acre circles. AutoTerrain is working with proportional hydraulics for precise and smooth control without jerks and hard movements. If the computer system fails, the boom will continues in manual mode, providing increased reliability.
Carbon-fiber helps the boom in many areas, primarily due to the low weight and the stiffness of the material which is one of its most distinguished strengths. The lower weight means that the center part gets fewer forces to control when the boom must be precisely controlled above the crop on rough ground. It is not much use to have a low weight, if there are an increased number of boom movements to be “tamed” in the anti-yaw damper and the center part; this will give a deteriorated spraying result.

HARDI introduces an air-driven nozzle concept at Agromek 2016, where the sprayer driver can change between 2 nozzles or use both at the same time. You can use one type of drift reducing nozzle at the headland or at sensitive buffer zones and a “conventional” flat fan nozzle or low drift nozzle in the field. The sprayer driver may also consider the wind conditions and change nozzle if it blows more than when the nozzle was chosen at the start of spraying.

If very big changes of the speed are needed, AutoSelect can automatically and quickly change between two nozzle sizes so the work of the individual nozzle is taken over by a bigger nozzle at increased speed and does not have to work in the outer areas for pressure or flow. This gives a better spray quality and a better application.
Changes of dosage during spraying
If you have to change the dosage in the field, this can be done by changing to a more suitable nozzle “on the go” without compromising on quality. AutoSelect is very identical with the set-up of the PrimeFlow which HARDI has so far offered the market and is not a replacement for PrimeFlow. 9 or 13 sections are possible. AutoSelect works with air pressure, and if you have a pneumatic braking system on your tractor, the air pressure source is secured

ISOBUS compatibility- HC 9600 offers compatibility with the ISO 11783 (ISOBUS) Virtual Terminal Standard, so the HC 9600 could also operate as the HC 6500.
